your own mind creates much of the stress
you experience and how this
limits you in your PhD trajectory & life.

How to move
from judging to accepting
yourself, others and your situation, and how this shift
alleviates stress
and allows you to
focus on what really matters.

Tips, tricks & mindsets to become more effective and efficient throughout your phD trajectory and the rest of your career.
WHY THIS TRAINING?
During a PhD trajectory you are expected to perform at a high level at almost everything: From setting up & performing experiments and data analysis, all the way to presenting at conferences and writing papers.
In this context, many PhD candidates are faced with chronic stress, anxiety, fatigue, work/life disbalance, perfectionism, people pleasing and/or imposter syndrome.
It is this interplay between YOU and your PhD environment that can either lead you into a vicious cycle where burnout is always lurking, or into a virtuous cycle that allows you to grow stronger, more resilient and happier.
This training is about how to move into that virtuous cycle.
